Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
ERNE Pickleball Machines are covered by a warranty that complies with the applicable legal provisions within the European Union. This warranty provides the following coverage:

For Private Consumers (B2C): A warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase applies to end consumers who use the ERNE Pickleball Machine for personal, non-commercial purposes.

For Businesses (B2B): A warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase applies to businesses, organizations, clubs, associations, or any other entities using the machine in a communal or commercial setting.
ERNE Machines that are used collectively in associations, clubs, playing groups or similar are considered B2B use. The same applies to ERNE machines that are lent or hired out.
Warranty Exclusions:
The following components are considered consumables and are excluded from the warranty:

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase must be presented. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. If a defect is found, we reserve the right to repair or replace the machine or defective parts at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from the malfunction of the ERNE Pickleball Machine.
